Estero Cove

Pool Update: - October 6, 2009

YEA!!!! THE ESTERO COVE POOL RECEIVED THE FINAL APPROVAL TODAY!
The first owners to enjoy the new pool were Janet Guido (Unit 246) and a friend.

Thank you all for your patience. I know it has been a long project in the making, but I am sure you will enjoy it when you come down. Worth the wait. - Sue

August 31 - New pavers for the pool deck and for the patio. Looking good!

August 20 - They will be delivering the pavers hopefully, by Friday, August 21 and start the deck on Monday. While they are doing the deck and patio they will finish setting the solar pump and heater, tie it all into the new drain, inspect it, and then spray the diamond brite on the inside of the pool and it will be ready for water and start up. I am hoping it will be done by the 15th of Sept. (we'll see). It is starting to look like a pool. :)

I want to thank everyone for paying their assessment so promptly. There are only a couple owners that have not paid and have already said they sent it in. I'll keep the pics coming so you can keep up with the progress.

Hope you are all having a wonderful summer.

July 21

The pool shell was poured the other day and all the lights, intakes, skimmers and drain openings are in place . They made the stairs going into the pool and the filter system was delivered. We are on schedule with the time frame Barnes gave us the beginning of July. They will be here Thursday and Friday to finish the plumbing and some electrical and then call for another inspection. Gene Darin will be here until August 5 and I will return from vacation on August 7. I attached some more pictures of the shooting of the shell. Pretty interesting.
